HiFig Technologies INC is an AI-powered tool that generates draft construction bid proposals based on information provided by the user. The Service produces proposal drafts for informational and business development purposes only.

HiFig Technologies INC is not a licensed contractor, engineer, architect, or legal advisor. The proposals generated by the Service are drafts created by an AI agent and must be reviewed, verified, and approved by the contractor before submission to any client. HiFig Technologies INC does not guarantee the accuracy of pricing, material quantities, timelines, or any other content in the generated proposals. The contractor is solely responsible for the final bid submitted to their client.

HiFig Technologies INC does not guarantee that any proposal generated through the Service will result in a successful contract award. Bid outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, competitor pricing, and client preferences.

The user assumes full responsibility for any proposal submitted using content generated by HiFig Technologies INC. The user must verify all pricing, materials, labor estimates, timelines, and terms before submitting a bid to a client. HiFig Technologies INC is not liable for financial losses, project disputes, or any damages arising from the use of generated proposals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiFig Technologies INC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost contracts, project losses, or any other damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HiFig Technologies INC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the user's use of the Service, including but not limited to proposals submitted to clients, project outcomes, and contract disputes.

All proposals generated through HiFig Technologies INC are owned by the user upon completion. However, the underlying templates, AI models, and software remain the intellectual property of HiFig Technologies INC. Users may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service or its components.

HiFig Technologies INC offers the following pricing tiers: Pay Per Bid ($125 CAD plus applicable taxes, one-time), HiFig Growth ($399 CAD/month plus applicable taxes), and HiFig Unlimited ($499 CAD/month plus applicable taxes). All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Taxes are applied at checkout based on the customer's province of residence. Payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are available within 7 days if no bids have been generated. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saskatchewan.

HiFig Technologies INC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
